walkthrough - wing's dungeon

*If you don’t know what you’re doing, this dungeon can give you a headache!

When you first enter this dungeon don’t even bother wasting a mystery seed on the owl statue be cause you do not need the information that he provides just simply go to the next room.

Roll Spikes
In this room you need to have you shield and Sword equipped. Hold you shield up to the roll spikes to knock then on to their backs. But be careful because they will hop back on to their stomachs and come after you. When you get them on their back give them a swift cut of your blade and their history. You need to remember the locked door on the right. When this room is done move onto the next room,

Color Cube
This room gave me some trouble so follow these instructions carefully. You must first move BEHIND the cube. This means that you are facing the torch. Move the cube to the pit to make the flame in the torch turn blue but move the cube all the way against the red blocks. The top of the cube should be red. Now move the cube down 2 spaces. (If you over shoot the spaces simply exit the room the way you came and re enter it and the cube will be back in its original position.) After you move the cube down move to the left of it and move it to the right 8 places and it should be on red again. Move it up 3 and its now white. Move it to the left once (blue) and down once (red) and then simply push it to the pit (don’t go to far!) And move on to the next room.

Track Room
There are many tracks running along the floor but these do not matter right now. Push the middle block out and one of the other blocks to the left or the right. Kill the snakes and move on to the next room at the top of this room.

Nothing here yet move on to the left

Light Balls
Dodge the rolling light balls and make your way to the next room.

A Key at Last!
Kill the Moblins and the Kesse, and get the Key then make your way back to the room with the locked door. Use the key and enter this door. (Ohh yea and to get out of the snake room you have to push the left and right blocks down and the top block to the right.)

Snake Room
This room can be deadly if your not careful. Kill all the snakes while dodging the pits. When this is completed go to the bottom of the room. There is a bomb able wall. Take a bomb and blow up the wall. Before you go though to to the right side of the room. Move the block to the right and grab the treasure chest with the compass. Then go back down to the bombed wall and go through it.

Staircase
This room is easy, just kill the enemies and go down the stairs. Basement Once down this in this basement go all the way to the right with out falling off the ladders. Once the pillar goes all the way to the bottom jump off the ladders and onto it. Carefully walk from the stable pillar to the one moving back and forth. Once it reaches you walk carefully over on to it and then off it when it reaches the other side. Move over to the other side. Jump down to the ledge right beside the path of the falling block. If you are close enough he will fall and when he starts going back up simply move under him and on to the pillar when its at its lowest. Ride the pillar up and exit the basement.

Snakes and Keys
When you emerge you will be in a room with more snakes. Fight off all of the pesky things and pick up the key in the chest. Make your way back through the basement and to the Snake room. Snake room You do not have to fight the snakes this time so go back to the door you first saw when you retrieved the compass. Go through the door. More moblins Kill the moblins and make your way to the locked door and exit the room. Mine cart Kill the Kesse and hop into the cart. You will be on a one way track so don’t worry about steering just swing your sword to kill enemies along the way. Exit out of the room at the top and get ready for a mini boss

MINI BOSS: WINGDO
This guy isn’t that hard just run around and avoid his shadow, every once and a while he will land and that is you chance. When he lands he will create a pit so be careful and don’t fall down. When he lands just give him a whack with your sword and move out of the way. He gets faster but just keep evading him and hitting him and soon he will be nothing but dust. Go to the door that is northernmost.

Stalfos
Go down the stairs and Kill the 2 stalfos and go down to the room at the bottom.

Stalfos and Bridges
Walk the narrow path around the island with the stalfos in the center then enter the room that you see at the end of the bridge. Almost. Go into the room and up the set of stairs. Make your way along this basement just as you did the other, and your reward is the Rocs Feather! Now you can jump over the pits. Exit the basement and up into the previous room. Equip the Feather and go to the yellow tile. Jump over it from left to right (this will turn it blue) and then quickly to the right again to the left (this will make it turn red ) and the door will open. Go through it. Another ride In this room simply hop over the pits then into the mine cart.

Switch the tracks
As soon as the mine cart starts rolling get your sword ready, when you see a switch just swipe your sword at it to change the tracks. You will still continue to roll but when you hit a barrier you will bounce back and come to a different stopping place. Get off the cart and go over to the cube. Another color cube. This is simple enough just mover the cube so that the blue side is in the pit the gate will then raise and you will be free to continue. But before you go there is a bomb able wall so do your thing.

Another Key
Kill the Stalfos and Kesse and collect the key to continue. When your ready go back to the previous room and jump into the cart for yet another ride.

Color Blocks
Using the Rocs Feather jump over the blocks to turn them different colors. They should match the set to the left of them. When you accomplish this you will get yet another key. Move to the room at your left.

Key Block
Now go back up the stairs and to the Key Block, break it by pushing on it and going up the stairs. You should see another cart to the right but ignore that for now and walk down and jump to the left. Go to the door at the bottom of the room.

Switches
Jump to the right a few times until you get to the track and then make your way down it to the switch at the bottom and walk over to the color plate. Jump over it a few times to turn it a blue color. Make your way back to the cart and hop on for another ride. When you get done hop over to the chest and pick up the Gahsa seed that is there. On to the next room.

Move the Jars
Kill the Moblins in this room and if you need to kill the peahats as well. Now go back to the door and get rid of the bottom two jars. The one that is closest to the large pit, you need to move it to the top then jump over and push it left, then down again and finally on top of the push switch. On to the next room.

Match the Pattern
In this large room there is a locked door. Just ignore it and go down and look at the color tile. Jump over it to turn it different colors. Do you see the pattern to the left? You must match the blank tiles with that pattern. Turn the color tile yellow and then push the yellow statue to the middle of the blank tiles. Now turn the tile red and move the four blocks to match the pattern on the left. Do the same with the blue and you get a key! Color Puzzle In this room you will see a color tile in the middle of a room with many of the same color. Using the Rocs feather you need to jump over the tile to change the color of the other tiles. When you do this you will see that there are many little orbs bouncing around the floor. They will be the color that the floor tile is. Change the floor tile by jumping over the color tile to change it. The orbs will be vulnerable now so you can attack them. If they blend in simply change the color by jumping over the tile again. Once you kill them all you will get a key. Almost to the Boss Go in the room that was locked before. Go through it and work your way to the Boss door. You can avoid the light balls by jumping over it. When you reach it go through the Boss door.

BOSS: FACE MASTER
If you need some hearts there might be a farie and some bombs in the jars so you can grab them and then o up the stairs to the boss.

To beat this guy you have to jump on the rotating platforms and drop a bomb into the open top. But the catch is that his face has to be on red to hurt him. He will some times shoot fireballs out of his top, when he does this jump on one of the two stable platforms on either side. When he shoots his fireballs he also drops some bombs every now and again so you can pick these up. The more you hurt him the faster he will go so be ready. Different faces will do different things: The Green will shoot fireballs out of the top. The blue will create a deadly fire ring that will really take like out of you. Purple will pound the ground and Red will get hurt. Red also drops a heart when you do this so you can recover some life. A few times of this and he will be nothing more than dust! After you get rid of this guy hop down the other ladder and pick up the Ancient Wind.
