zelda vii: oracle of seasons walkthroughs - ancient ruins Go up twice and into the spinny thing, heading right and go right. Get the 5 Rupees from the chest and go down. Make sure to bomb the middle of the bottom wall, inside is a room full of 5 Rupee pieces! Then go left twice and back to the spinny thing, heading left. Go up and use the sword to push the beetle into the pit and use your Boomerang on the Bubble for a fairy. Now, use your Magnetic Glove to get the N Ball on the side of the room you started in, then across the middle pit, then use the N Polarity to guide to the right side oft he room, and S to pull it on the switch. Get the small key. Go down twice. Go up the stairs and up, getting the Dungeon Map from the chest. Go down and push the block left. Go left and use your key on the small block. Go up and right through the spinny thing and loop around back to the lock block you just opened. Use the Magnetic Glove to pull the N Ball onto the switch and go left. Loop up to the spinny thing so you go up. Go down through the maze and get the small key from the chest. Go up and jump down the hole in the floor. Save and Quit so you can easily get back to the beginning of the level (and the spinner will reset). Go to the Spinner so that it sends you right. Go up through the locked door. Go to the top left across the moving platforms (dodging the Beamos) for the Compass in the chest. Go back to the entrance of the room and go right and to the top right of the room and step on the button. Use a Pegasus Seed to mad dash around to the upper left of the room. Go left. Go up the stairs. Go down and go up and left. Take out the Beetles and push the trampoline onto the blue square. Jump on it holding up to hit ground above. Go down and right. Go the Magic Boomerang and kill the Armos Statues. Go left and down the hole. Go left, up the stairs, and left. Make your way through the blocks tot he bottom right of the room, step on the switch, and go up. Use the Magic Boomerang (hold A while it's in the air and use the D-Pad to control its movement) to hit the Crystal Switch and go up through the stairs. Go down and use the Boomerang to hit the Crystal Switch and head down. Jump down the hole. Go down, right, and up. Ride the moving platform and use the Slingshot/Ember Seeds to light the torches. Go up through the newly appeared steps. Smash the pots for a Fairy and Pegasus Seeds. Now, brace yourself, and go right. Use the Seeds and grab the Rupee. Run and jump heading right, left and left again as the wall crashes forward! Get the Boss Key out of the chest and go right and up the stairs. Killt he four Stalfos and pusht he top left block right and go up. Kill the snakes and drop down the hole and get the small key out of the chest. Use the trampoline to get back up and go up through the locked door and face Vires. Vires is a difficult fight if you aren't wary enough. What he'll do it fly in and off the room blasting you with energy balls. Slash the balls rather than dodge them (or doge them, whichever works for you) and slash Vires whenever he comes at you. After eight hits or so, he'll run off. Go right. Go straight across the room, neevr slowing down, and go right. Use the Feather to jump over the rollers going to the upper right corner and hit the switch. Go down. Hit the left switch and go up the stairs. Kill the four Floormasters before moving and then go up. Use the Glove to pull the N Ball to you and use it to kill the Beetles. Go left. Kill the two Darknuts and the Wizzrobe and then use the Boomerang to make all three Crystal Switches red. Go down. Kill the two Stalfos and push the trampoline down twice and right four times. Jump up and hit the Crystal Switch with the Boomer ang and jump back down. Go up the stairs and push the block that stands out to the right right. Go through the boos door and face Manhandla, yet another boss of Zelda 1. Manhandla is a difficult boss. Make sure you have the Iron Shield and a Magic Potion in case you're not confident. When ever it shoots fireballs, block it with your shield. Use the Boomernag on the heads when they open. When all four heads are dead, use the Boomerang on the body until it opens up. Then hit the core with your sword. When it dies, get the heart container and go up to get the Soothing Rain.
