If you didn't buy the Strange Flute at Horon, then you will receive the Ricky Flute and Ricky will become your travel buddy.

Go right and slash the tree for Pegasus Seeds. Now, go down, left, up twice, right and enter ther house. Slash the switch and get the Floodgate Key. Leave the house and go down the stairs. Hit the switch and use a Pegasus Seed to dash across the bridge. Push the boulders to go down the stairs and cgo counter clockwise around the water and up the stairs. Go up the next set and go southeast to get to the lock. Use key and the swamp with empty of water.

Jump into the channel where the gate was, past Sokra and go south. Head down and left and then up. Note that if you got the Strange Flute from the Subrosian Dance Game, then you'll meet Dimitri ahead instead of Moosh. Dimitri is a Dodongo that can swim up waterfalls and bite/eat things by pressing A.

Give her the Ribbon and she'll let you go on a date with her, that is, you can use her special key that opens all the doors in Subrosia. Head to the north left part of the part of Subrosia you're in to find a locked door. Enter there and exit on the other side to find yourself at the first part in Subrosia you were in. Head back to the Temple of Seasons to the top right one with the locked door. Enter and get the Summer Power for your Rod of Seasons. Now, head back to the beach to return Rosa, or just leave (either one works) via the warp you first entered in. Go to where the Floodgate was once and jump on the stump. Turn the Season into Summer and climb up the new vines into the third dungeon.
