A long time ago, in a land far far away...

The land of Hyrule was a chaotic land. Then the three Golden Goddesses descended on Hryule from the heavens. They were Din, the Goddess of Power, Farore, the Goddess of Courage, and Naryu, the Goddess of Wisdom.

Din, with her strong flaming arms cultivated the land and created the earth. Naryu poured his wisdom on the Earth and created the Spirit of the Law. Farore created all life forms that would uphold the law.

When the Goddesses left Earth to return to the Heavens, they left behind the Triforce. Since then, the land the Triforce stood on has become sacred land, hence the Sacred Realm.

Now for the game part...

The Royal Family of Hyrule ruled the land for centuries. They had the wisdom to govern all and control of the Temple of Time, which led to the Sacred Realm. They also controlled the item needed to enter the Sacred Realm... the Ocarina of Time.

During a large war that engulfed Hyrule a lone Hylian woman fled from Hyrule Field and into the Kokiri Forset. It is a known fact that any non-fairy folk that enter the forest are turned into Skull Kids. Instead the Great Deku Tree saw the destiny of the woman's child and spared the two.

When Link was older he began to have the same nightmare over and over of him standing outside a castle. The drawbridge would open and a woman with a girl would ride out. The girl would try to say something to Link as she rode by. Then a man in Dark Armor (hmmm) would ride out of the castle on a Black Horse. He would turn to Link and Link would wake up.

Link was soon summoned to the Great Deku Tree. He defeated the curse plaguing the tree but it still died. Link went on a Quest to find the Three Spiritual Stones after he met the Girl... Zelda. After retrieving the stones he went to see Zelda and his nightmare became his reality.

Link retrieved the Ocarina of Time from the Moat and went to the Temple of Time. He pulled the Master Sword from the Pedestal of Time and was transported to the Temple of Light in the Sacred Realm. Link is kept there for Seven Years only to be awakened by Rauru, the Sage of Light. He tells Link that Ganondorf has taken over Hyrule and Link must stop him... since Link is the Hero Of Time.

Link goes on another Quest and retrieves the Six Medallions of the Sages. He meets up with the mysterious Shiek several times during his quest. Shiek later reveals himself to be....

Ganondorf captures Shiek/Zelda after Link gets the Light Arrows from her. It is revealed to Link the rest of the story of the Triforce...

It seems that on that day, Seven Years ago, when Ganondorf stormed the Sacred Realm and got the Triforce. Ganondorf's evil heart caused the Triforce to split into three pieces, the Triforce of Power, the Triforce of Wisdom, and the Triforce of Courage.

Ganondorf kept the Triforce of Power, Zelda got the Triforce of Wisdom, and Link got the Triforce of Power. When the three bearers of the Power of the Gods got together they could repair the Triforce. Ganondorf Captured Zelda to get her piece... but he needed Link's. When Link went to Ganon's Castle he ended up battling Ganondorf. He soon killed Ganondorf only for him to shed all his "Earthly Trappings" and become...
