First of all, I just gotta say, enjoy this dungeon. It is the easiest one in the game and the fastest. Hell it only took me 15 minutes to beat! Okay, lets get down to business...

First make sure you bought the Deku Shield and got the Kokiri Sword. If not you better get them, Mido wont let you pass if you don't. Now go past the shocked Mido to the tree, after a cinema with Navi and the Deku Tree, the Tree will let you enter. Don't be afraid... go inside.

As you enter the tree go around and kill the Deku Babas. If you get a Deku Stick or Deku Nut depends on how you kill it. I suggest that you do a normal slash then when it is stunned do a Power Slash (hit A). Climb the nearby vine-laden wall, Navi will give you a "helpful message", and get the Map out of the big chest. From there keep walking around the room until you get to the door. Enter the door.

Kill the Deku Shrub inside by Z-Targeting it and deflecting its nut back at it with your shield. It will tell you a "secret" and leave behind a heart. Go through the door that un-bars. Inside is a lit torch, an unlit one, and a switch. Whip out one of your super-snazzy Deku Sticks and light it up. Light the unlit torch and the door un-bars. Step on the switch and hop across the platforms to the other side. Open the chest and get... the Fairy Slingshot!

Jump off the platform and go back up to the opposite side. Stand on the switch again to lift the platforms. Jump on the first one and go to the one on the left after that. Jump to the crevice and try not to get hit by the Big Skulltula. Get the rupees out of the chest and leave the room. Now find one of the ledge and kill the Big Skulltula that's above it. When its dead, jump to the big web on the floor. If you hit it it will snap and let you fall through.

Kill the Deku Baba on the ledge and jump to the ledge with the unlit torch. Kill the Gold Skulltula on the bars in-between the torch ledge and the ledge with the block and the one on the webbed wall. Stand on the switch to light the torch and light up a Deku Stick. Go to the first ledge you were on and touch the web in front of the door to burn it up. Go through the door. Kill the Deku Shrub and it will give you a code (2-3-1). Remember this, you'll need it. Then hit the Grey Eye above the door. The door will unbar allowing you to proceed.

In the next room avoid the shadows on the floor. Step on them and you'll release a Gohma Larva. Burn the web with a Deku Stick and note the discolored rock wall.

Exit that room through the now-available door and push the block into the water. Light a Deku Stick and burn the web in the middle of the floor. Go down and climb out of the dirty water. Kill the Deku Shrubs in the order that you got earlier. The door to Gohma's Lair will open. Go inside. Now it is time to face:

Queen Gohma
When you enter the dark room use c-up to look at the "moving light" on the ceiling. A movie will start revealing the light to be Queen Gohma. Now for the quickest fight in the game. Whe Gohma drops to the ground, Z-Target her eyes and slingshot it when it turns red. While she's stunned, do power slashes (hit A while targeting). After about five she'll dies. If she drops Gohma Larvae you have to kill them before she comes down again. Collect your Heart Container when she bites the dust and "go into the light".
